Everything is relative, including light speed.
From Lorentz\"s equations:
c^2.t^2-x^2=k ;
x and t are not space and time but, wavelength and period.
k=1.91*10^-34 m^2
Light speed w from frequency:
w=(c^2-k.f^2)^0.5 ;

Light speed is not constant and is relative.
w = ( c^2 - k.f^2 )^0.5
